Personality (HPTI) Course

Join us for this enlightening and educational course, hosted by one of our expert trainers, where you’ll learn all you need to know about the Thomas Personality Assessment (HPTI). This course will help you fully understand what the HPTI measures and how it can predict leadership potential. You will develop the skills to administer, interpret, and provide feedback on the reports generated by the assessment, ensuring you use the tool appropriately and responsibly when making people decisions, and to be able to effectively leverage this assessment to support talent development.

Our experienced trainers will:

• Show you how to interpret the wealth of information gained from understanding the connection between personality and potential, and how this can predict workplace performance and how to practically apply the assessment results in various commercial scenarios
• Guide you to higher levels of self-awareness with your own results.

Upon enrolment and in preparation for the course, you will receive an assessment link and your completed report prior to attending. You also need to attend both the Foundation and Accreditation segments to obtain full accreditation status.

Upon completing the Knowledge Check, each delegate will receive a certificate of accreditation as an HPTI Practitioner.
